What you put in and let out of your mind is important. Our minds are like steel traps or cages, thoughts pace back and forth and ideas are snapped up so easily. The cockatiel represents trusting God and her hat symbolizes the 'cage' of the mind. Cleaning up our mind is a conscious effort that results in better relationships, health and enjoyment of life.
